Our first "Family Day"
We decorated with a banner and balloons because any time I can
celebrate this little guy the better. I am so blessed.
But as happy as we were today another family we know is
mourning with heavy hearts as they lay their baby to rest.
Baby Elliot was born around the same time as Tristan
and has suffered complications from hydrocephaly that has left
him in hospice care for the majority of his little life.
We are keeping that family in our thoughts and prayers today
as well as the people from the Boston marathon bombing.
Life is so precious and should never be taken for granted.
