He's Ours

Today the court system finally made official

something we knew from the first moment

we set eyes on Tristan...He's Ours!

So undeniably ours!!!

Today we went to the county court house 

for the petition of adoption hearing.

Daddy and Tristan looked very official wearing their ties.

We couldn't take pictures during but upon 

request the honorable judge let us take pictures after.

(and even took one with us)

It feels so good to have everything 

finalized!  

Some people celebrate this day as 

"finalization day" or "adoption day."

We plan to celebrate this day every year 

as "Family Day." 

 A day we can spend together

and know that we are forever family!
